• Grout Testing: Daily grout samples are collected using 3-piece molds and sent to independent laboratories. These samples undergo compressive strength testing before anchor stressing, ensuring optimal performance and durability.
• Onsite Concrete Testing: We conduct thorough testing of all concrete supplied onsite. This includes slump testing to verify design compliance, as well as collecting samples for compressive strength analysis. For projects adhering to RMS (Roads and Maritime Services) specifications, additional tests, such as panel and permeability testing, are also conducted to ensure full compliance.

This form is verified by both the client and the AGT supervisor, ensuring that all materials and processes are inspected and tested at predetermined intervals. Daily Work Logs

All project activities are meticulously recorded in daily work logs, documenting crucial details such as the drill date of selected anchors, installation dates, and grout application. This thorough documentation provides a clear project history and ensures transparency in our operations.

Pre-Pour Inspections

Before any concrete is applied, AGT conducts pre-pour inspections of both capping beams and shoring.
